Subject	Is this a paint issue or damaged part? I had a fiberglass

Message	spoiler painted, but the paint keeps cracking. The tip was chipped during shipping, and I thought that was the extent of the damage, but the painter says that a day or so after the paint dries, it cracks in one spot. I didn't notice any other damage, and the wing doesn't noticably flex. He painted again, but it cracked in the same spot, the same side as the chip. It's frustrating because my car has been down for a while and I can't drive with holes in the hatch and without a brake light. What other reason than a damaged spoiler would cause paint to crack?
